Job Description:
The International Business Manager will support the International Team in driving growth, expansion, and operational excellence across global selling platforms. You will play a critical role in the development and execution of strategies and initiatives to support Pattern’s International expansion and growth goals – including go-to-market strategies. If you are great at nurturing internal and external relationships, developing and executing on growth initiatives, business partnering with a team of eCommerce professionals, and improving operational efficiencies, we want you to apply! This role is highly cross-functional, strong stakeholder management skills, requires strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and strong execution skills. Experience in eCommerce and Retail is preferred

This role supports the International Team on
- Go to Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for international expansion, including launching new markets, marketplaces, and offerings. It is an advantage if your past projects include developing the strategy to enter new markets, playing an active role in launching a broad range of offerings new markets / marketplaces notwithstanding
- Market Analytics and Insights: Analyse marketplace data and trends to identify growth opportunities, expansion into new channels or regions. optimization performance and inform strategic decisions. Ability to synthesize findings into actionable recommendations and act as part of the ongoing team to translate these recommendations into results
- Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships: Help support the development and execution of high impact initiatives, including cultivating key partnerships that align with business goals
- Project Management and Implementation: Lead and/or manage cross-functional projects, track KPIs, and drive continuous process improvements to scale existing and new business offerings within and for the International business which may include coordinating with stakeholders domestically and internationally
- Stakeholder Management and Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as brand management, product, marketing, sales, operations, and finance to align on priorities, coordinate efforts to maximize growth opportunities. This may include acting as a key point of contact for brand and marketplace partners and ensuring our efforts are in alignment with their business objectives and growth goals
- Problem Solving and Strategic Planning: Identify and address complex business challenges in a fast moving environment and must be comfortable working with ambiguity. Support long term growth strategies and operational planning
- Business Insights and Analytics: Leverage data analysis to uncover insights, inform decision making, measure effectiveness of initiatives and drive adoption across business units
