Responsibilities
Acquire the people talent needed to fulfill the Genesis mission of providing compassionate, high quality health care as a recruiter.
- Conduct full life cycle recruitment for assigned positions.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned openings.
- Grow candidate pipelines for assigned positions.
- Establish favorable working relationship with hiring managers providing regular updates.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing excellent customer service.
- Manage assigned requisitions to meet key talent acquisition performance indicators.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in recruiting, sales, marketing, customer service, health care, or a related field is required. *Must have at least one or more years of experience in recruiting and a proven track record of positive results and demonstrated competence with recruiting techniques.
