About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Design Consultant to join our team and drive the design of innovative, user-friendly products. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions that enhance the user experience and support business goals.
This role requires a proactive designer with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead design projects from initial concept through delivery. Your expertise will help shape product strategy and design direction while mentoring junior designers and promoting best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design
Develop clear and intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback to refine designs
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products
Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders effectively
Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques
Mentor and support junior designers to foster their growth and improve team capabilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, UX, HCI, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of professional experience in product design or UX design roles
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and process
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Solid understanding of user research methods and usability testing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
