The Server is bd's guest guardian and advisor. You watch over our guests , you deliver both food and quality service! You put a smile on their faces. Our guests remember you as much as the food! You create Mongo Magic so that each and every guest leaves happy.

Requirements

• Bring a Professional and well groomed appearance to the job
• Apply honesty, integrity and good judgement
• Become familiar with the bd’s culture and the establishment
• Communicate in a positive manner
• Be able to execute a recovery strategy and know when to get a manager involved
• Know how to set up the dining room
• Confidently and knowledgeably describes menu items, features and promotions.
• Suggests desserts and appetizers.
• Be Alcohol Server Training Certified and be able to adhere to beverage service procedures and responsible Alcohol service rules (TIPS or TABC)
• Do quality check backs
• Know cash handling & POS
• Be interactive with our guests
• Handle guest complaints with tact and diplomacy
• Know the importance of table maintenance
