### **About the Role**

We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven **Director of Sales (DOS)** to lead the sales operations at **Sabine Place**. You'll be the key driver in turning leads into residents, growing occupancy, and helping families find a true sense of home.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Drive occupancy by converting leads through calls, tours, events, and follow-ups
• Build relationships with prospects and referral partners
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and marketing team to meet community goals
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activity
• Plan and execute sales events and outreach campaigns
• Manage CRM records, reporting, and move-in coordination
  
  

### **What We're Looking For**

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of senior living or sales experience
• Strong communication, closing, and CRM skills
• Passion for helping seniors and their families
