Primary Responsibilities Include

• Interpret requirements and provide relevant feedback to project management team on timeline, feasibility and costs related to project quality assurance activities.
• Evaluate and select appropriate measurement method (3D Scan, CMM, Hand Tools, Go/No-Go Gages, etc.) based on GD&T, customer requirements and project timeline.
• Collaborate with Engineering team to optimize method for cost, throughput, and accuracy.
• Lead all activities related to Production Part Approval Process documentation.
• Support documentation of tooling control, drawing reviews, source inspection, and validation activities.
• Research new technologies and quality methods to improve efficiencies and reduce the cost of quality across the organization.
• Support continuous improvement projects focusing on 5S and lean manufacturing principles across all technologies.
• Participate in internal audits to uphold ISO9001, AS9100, ITAR, and IATF16949 certifications.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of quality management experience in a regulated environment preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing industry standards (ISO9001, AS9100) required
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, & MS Word required.
• Statistical process control experience required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred (or equivalent).
• CMM programming and operating experience preferred.
• 3D scanning experience preferred

Pay Details: $35.00 to $44.00 per hour
