Primary Responsibilities Include
- Interpret requirements and provide relevant feedback to project management team on timeline, feasibility and costs related to project quality assurance activities.
- Evaluate and select appropriate measurement method (3D Scan, CMM, Hand Tools, Go/No-Go Gages, etc.) based on GD&T, customer requirements and project timeline.
- Collaborate with Engineering team to optimize method for cost, throughput, and accuracy.
- Lead all activities related to Production Part Approval Process documentation.
- Support documentation of tooling control, drawing reviews, source inspection, and validation activities.
- Research new technologies and quality methods to improve efficiencies and reduce the cost of quality across the organization.
- Support continuous improvement projects focusing on 5S and lean manufacturing principles across all technologies.
- Participate in internal audits to uphold ISO9001, AS9100, ITAR, and IATF16949 certifications.
- Pay starting at $35-$42 per hour, plus overtime as needed

- 3-5 years of quality management experience in a regulated environment preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry standards (ISO9001, AS9100) required
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, & MS Word required.
- Statistical process control experience required.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred (or equivalent).
- CMM programming and operating experience preferred.
- 3D scanning experience preferred
