Assurance position responsible for ensuring all materials received into

inventory are correctly labeled, sampled appropriately, and delivered to

lab for testing in a timely manner. Prioritizing the flow of materials

to ensure sampling, evaluations, and disposition is done in accordance

with business needs. This role may require the safe use of some or all

of the following equipment: sit down and standup forklifts, order

pickers, rider pallets, power pallet jacks, hand jacks, and pallet

inverters. All job duties are performed within the established quality

control guidelines of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and

Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). Job functions for QA

Sampling may require associates to drive personal vehicles for company

business on a routine basis to ensure sampling tasks are completed for
