Customer Service Representative, Medical Store

[Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Medical Store Customer Service Representative position. The Medical Store Customer Service Representative is responsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers. • [Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic way]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
• [Answer telephone calls promptly]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
• [Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
• [Efficiently assess customer needs for product or services]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
• [Educates patients/clients on medical products and services]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
• [Fit and sell medical products and services to customers]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
• [Process customer orders and accurately input customer orders into the computer]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
• [Keep showroom stocked, clean, organized and presentable]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
• [Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
• [Pay $20-$23/Hr DOE]{times="" new="" roman""=""}

• [High school graduate or equivalent]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
• [Medical background including Respiratory Therapy and Nursing experience is a plus]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
• [In-depth knowledge of home medical products, placement, availability and pricing]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
• [Ability to work with diverse clientele]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
• [Excellent customer service skills]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
• [Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the telephone]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
• [Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 100 lbs]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
• [Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
• [Ability to accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications necessary to the position]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
