JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Sr. IT Procurement Analyst to lead and enhance our IT procurement operations, vendor onboarding, and contract lifecycle management. This role will be responsible for ensuring procurement best practices, optimizing vendor performance, and serving as a key liaison between IT, Legal, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT sourcing, contract review, and financial compliance processes within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently review and interpret IT vendor contracts, including key commercial terms such as payment schedules, legal entities, renewal clauses, and termination conditions; escalate and collaborate with Legal on complex or non-standard terms
• Own and manage a centralized IT contract lifecycle tracker and digital repository to ensure visibility, compliance, and timely renewals
• Lead the vendor onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of due diligence, security reviews, and system setup in alignment with corporate procurement policies
• Create, validate, and manage purchase orders for software, hardware, and services across the IT portfolio, ensuring alignment with budgetary and operational objectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Accounts Payable, resolving vendor invoicing issues, payment discrepancies, and facilitating clear communication on payment timelines
• Provide strategic procurement insights and reporting to IT leadership, highlighting spend trends, contract risks, and opportunities for vendor consolidation or cost savings
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including IT leadership, Legal, Finance, and Security to ensure procurement activities align with overall enterprise priorities
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5 7+ years of progressive experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or sourcing roles within a corporate or enterprise setting
• Deep knowledge of procurement processes, financial operations, and contract administration, particularly within the IT domain
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) and procurement tools for PO creation, tracking, and reporting
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex contract portfolios and vendor relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline required; Master s or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, PMP) is a plus
