Job Description
Take on key role within Operations Regulatory Reporting team, covering the various regulatory regimes in EMEA, based in Waterbury, CT.
" Own, direct, plan and execute the Firm's Regulatory Reporting obligations in timely and accurate manner
" Partner with Technology / Finance as well as outside vendor groups to collect, analyze specific regulatory related project requirements.
" Develop and maintain policies and procedures, including the designing and documenting of process flows, business requirements, projects plans, etc. Manage project status reporting for any new initiatives and technical developments impacting the team
" Proactively respond to changes in regulatory environment.
" Review policies and new business initiatives to determine impacts to Regulatory Reporting
" Participate in ad hoc projects, automation and/or reengineering of reporting processes as required.
" Provide regular business intelligence / data analysis.
