Location: Boca Raton, FL

Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Salary: $35.00 per hour (Monday-Friday) + $5.00 Evening Supervisor Differential

About the Role:

Yamato Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a committed and experienced RN Supervisor to lead our evening nursing team. In this key role, you’ll support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) by ensuring the highest standards of care, staff coordination, and compliance are consistently met. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the DON and ADON in managing daily nursing operations
• Ensure nursing staff adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Conduct daily rounds to assess and maintain quality care
• Participate in state surveys and internal audits
• Promote teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement within the nursing department
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Long Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Nursing Home setting; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while leading and motivating staff
