Rehab & Support Workers. In this hands-on role, you'll support individuals on their journey to recovery and wellness, providing encouragement, practical help, and genuine connection.
What You’ll Do
- Be a daily source of support and motivation for individuals in recovery
- Join clients in group sessions, therapeutic activities, and wellness programs
- Assist with real-life tasks like grocery shopping, going for hikes, or getting to appointments
- Work closely with Case Managers and Therapists to carry out personalized recovery plans
- Celebrate progress, help overcome challenges, and keep recovery goals on track
- Create a safe, positive, and empowering environment where clients can thrive
- Full-time positions available
- Flexible daytime schedules
- Choose between five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts
- Monday–Friday only (weekends off!)
