SALES ROUTE REPRESENTATIVE

We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and enthusiastic Route Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position involves overseeing a specific route where you will be responsible for servicing our valued clients, establishing rapport with new customers, and enhancing sales through exceptional customer interactions and a positive attitude. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be driven by a commitment to outstanding customer service, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of our automotive supplies to car dealerships, car washes, and other automotive service centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle along a designated route to sell and deliver our high-quality automotive detailing and car wash products.
• Develop and sustain strong rapport with clients to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Learn and demonstrate the use of our product to customer.
• Employ persuasive sales techniques to promote additional products and maximize route revenue.
• Effectively communicate product information, pricing, and promotional offers to customers.
• Conduct basic mathematical calculations for invoicing and pricing accurately during customer transactions.
• Maintain precise inventory management by monitoring product levels and reporting any inconsistencies.
• Deliver top-notch customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized to meet safety compliance standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a route sales context.
• A proven strong work ethic and commitment to doing the job well.
• Basic math skills for accurate handling of prices and transactions.
• A valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is preferred; the ability to drive safely is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to engage and connect with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively managing time on the road.

Pay: $53,978.00 - $90,000.00 per year
