Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience
- Successful track record in developing and executing sales strategies
- CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce
- Basic understanding of metallurgical concepts
- Ability to communicate technical value propositions effectively
- Proficient in full-cycle sales management, market research, and lead generation
- Experience organizing trade shows, demos, and webinars
