The Vice President, Enterprise IT Business Solutions leader is accountable for establishing and maintaining an ongoing level of engagement between IT, Business Units and M&A integration to drive value within the company’s strategic objectives

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business units that bridges the gap between business partners and technology solutions and is a liaison between IT and the business units
  • Earn a seat at the table to be a respected contributor to the business leadership team to actively engage with business leaders and discuss future plans and strategies
  • Grow the level of Relationship Maturity within the company by measuring the current maturity level of Business Unit engagement with IT
  • Provide deep knowledge of strategy integration and organizational learning best practices, strategic thinking, and vision to the Executive Team
  • Develop significant knowledge in subject matters pertaining to both IT and the business, and have a thorough understanding of the business to identify its needs and solutions
  • Engage multi-functional stakeholders and business units related to the business requests and projects assigned for M&A diligence and integration
  • Identify and facilitate opportunities for integration to drive efficiency and reduce complexities
  • Analyze data from monitoring and evaluation efforts, and facilitates reflection and learning

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering preferred
  • Ten (10) or more years of experience with technology internal team management, expense management, and technology services delivery.

  • Competency in areas of IT applications and its integrations with other systems (i.e. Artificial Intelligence, PowerBI, and Digital Commerce)
  • Thoughtful leader who brings intellectual rigor to understanding the landscape, considers internal and external stakeholder needs, and considers the impact of decisions
  • Ability to provide insights and draw conclusions from data, and translate findings to improve integration , organizational effectiveness , and program performance
  • Ability to share learnings and translate findings in meaningful ways to inform and influence business partners
  • Ability to act decisively with supporting rationale
  • Master of communication, listening, persuading, influencing, and shaping understanding
  • Very strong collaboration , negotiation , and influence capability required
  • Demonstrated success in building a learning culture , learning strategies , program integration , program evaluation , or performance management
  • Leadership and influencing skills to move teams forward through organizational change
  • Excellent change management and project management skills
  • Reputation for accurately and quickly assessing problems, thinking critically about solutions, and leading teams through problem-solving
  • Effective people manager who actively provides direction, guidance, and feedback to strengthen knowledge, develop skills, accomplish tasks, and solve problems
  • Track record of cultivating and leading high-performing teams that implement integrated strategies with measurable outcomes
  • Navigates and is adaptive to ambiguous environments ; handles uncertain situations professionally and reasonably; recognizes that ambiguity is inevitable in some processes and accepts that some risks must be taken to make progress
