Business Data Analyst - Capital Markets (San Diego, CA): Provide tech ldrshp & mntrshp to jr team mbrs. Own sys arch & dsgn for Treas Mgmt solns using Calypso Tech, ensuring scalability & perf. Lead config & tstg of OTC Deriv Trading (Interest Rate Swaps CCIR Swaps, Non-Deliverable Swaps) while prod high-qual docs. Mng proj delivs & timelines for front-2-back solns across FX, Money Markets, Sec Lend, Mtgs & Eq, collab w/ cross-func teams on mid & back-off funcs. Monitr prjct status, identify risks & addr operatnal burdens in Data Mngmny Wrkstream. Create & maint tech docs, incl User Stories, BRDs, FSDs & Wrkflw diagrms w/ MS Visio. Utilize JIRA for proj mgmt, mngng Epics, Featurs, User Stories & Tasks while leveragng dashbrd capabs. Req: BS deg (or equiv) in Engg or rel fld + 5 yrs of exp in occupations invlng SQL, Snowflake, Calypso Technology & Calypso Automated Testing Tool (CATT), JIRA, Confluence & Azure DevOps, data analysis & mngmnt tools, Agile methodologies, incl Scrum, Treasury Mgmt, Collateral Mgmt, & Settlements & Payment Systems & fin'l instruments (FX, Derivatives (OTC & ETF), Bonds, T-Bills, Repo, Money Mkts, Security Lending & Corporate Actions).
