Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Front End Developer (Dart/Flutter/Vue) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their software development career to gain hands-on experience in building web applications using Dart, Flutter and Vue. You’ll work alongside experienced developers, contributing to real projects while growing your skills in a supportive, learning-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
This job role is not a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus and allowing 2 days remote. This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using HTML, CSS, Flutter and Dart.
- Collaborate with senior developers to implement UI designs and application features.
- Learn and apply coding best practices, design patterns, and version control.
- Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and sprint planning.
- Help identify and fix bugs, optimize performance, and improve user experience.
- Write clear and maintainable code with guidance from senior team members.
- Some experience with HTML, CSS, Dart and Flutter is nice to have, but not required (personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions).
- Basic understanding of web development concepts and UI/UX principles.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Willingness to learn new tools, libraries, and development practices.
- Passion for web development and creating smooth, user-friendly apps.
- Completed projects using Flutter (can be personal or academic), Dart or Vue.
- Familiarity with Webstorm, VS Code, or similar development environments.
- Basic Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate)
- Eagerness to learn and take feedback constructively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter mindset with attention to detail.
- Curious, proactive, and enthusiastic about software development.
