**What You Will Do**
- Schedules, monitors and/or performs preventative maintenance and
- Diagnoses problems and repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical,
structural, and appliances.
- Ensures that work order requests are responded to promptly and
- Ensures residential units have been turned in a timely and efficient
- Provides excellent customer service to prospective and current
- Provides on-call pager service when scheduled and performs emergency
- Inspects buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and
- Assists supervisor with scheduling and communicating with vendors
- Assists supervisor with obtaining bids from outside contractors, as
- Assists with purchasing maintenance supplies for the property while
- Accurately prepares and submits property invoices in accordance with
- Communicates with supervisor regarding the overall maintenance
- Participates in Company-provided training such as fair housing,
- Complies with all Company National Standards, applicable health and
and federal laws.
**What You Bring**
- High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or
maintenance experience
- Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial
- Four or more years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic,
and HVAC; vacuum furnace experience is preferred
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
