The University of South Alabama, an NCAA Division I institution, is seeking applicants for the position of Director of Baseball Operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in the administration of all phases of a competitive baseball program in accordance with the University of South Alabama, Sun Belt Conference and NCAA rules and regulations.

• Duties include, but are not limited to: coordinating team travel; purchasing inventory, equipment and apparel; oversee baseball budget and documenting all program expenditures; execute home and away game contracts; coordinate payment and accommodations for baseball officials; preparing field on practice and game days; assist with game day management; communicate with Assistant AD Facility & Game Operations for all facility needs and repairs; oversee daily laundry needs; assisting with marketing, promotions, and community service events; housing coordinator for on-campus baseball student-athletes; assisting with camp organization; assisting with oversight of student-athlete academic progress; and any other duties assigned by the head coach and/or athletic director.
• Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution as approved and accepted by the University of South Alabama.
