What You Will Be Doing
As the Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for leading standard Industrial Engineering activities, including conducting comprehensive analyses and managing projects to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs. You will work closely with our manufacturing team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Conducting capacity assessments, trend analysis, and cost impact studies to identify opportunities for improvement
- Managing projects from conception to completion, including planning, execution, and implementation of new production areas, process improvements, and cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborating with shop floor personnel, supervisors, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
- Presenting complex analysis and recommendations to senior management, summarizing key findings and proposed solutions in a clear and concise manner
