Through engaging and evidence-based programs, ranging from
cognitive-behavioral therapy to substance abuse recovery and workforce
readiness, you\'ll play a pivotal role in reshaping futures for
participants both in custody and at the Community Transition Center. The
position is located in the Ada County Sheriff\'s Office (ACSO), Court
Services Bureau in Boise, Idaho.\

- Generally Monday - Friday, day shift hours, with some flexibility

Essential Functions
- **Group Education Facilitation:**Lead engaging group sessions
workforce preparation, and creative expressions.
- **Program Evaluation:**Assess the effectiveness of in-custody and
- **Documentation Management:**Maintain detailed records of individual
- **Accountability Management:**Monitor participant behavior to uphold
- **Trauma-Informed Approach:** Stay updated on trauma-informed and
- **Collaboration and Consultation:**Consult with other teams

- **Bachelors Degree**: In any field.

- **Empathy and Cultural Sensitivity:** Ability to connect with
their experiences.
- **Advocacy Skills:** Advocacy for the well-being and successful
- **Foster Healthy Boundaries:** Ability to balance consistent program
