Brief Description
As an Account Coordinator, Client Services, your core function will be twofold: assist the client services team in the management of a roster of clients and provide clients with a successful SimioCloud experience whilst maximizing SimioCloud revenue. You will ensure a successful experience where the client achieves, or improves upon, their marketing goals and objectives through their engagement with SimioCloud’s products, services, and associates.

Your Impact:
- Assist in the growth of revenue via the upsell of additional Simio products/services.
- Assist in offering clients solutions to their fundraising challenges via the strategic use of Simio products and services (and other Moore services where appropriate).
- Maintain continual dialogue with clients, or their representatives, to understand SimioCloud performance, the performance of its competitors, and the overall performance of the clients’ programs.
- Fully understand SimioCloud’s products, solutions, and capabilities.
- Ensure timely invoicing of receivbles.
- Assist in ensuring that co-op participant data is updated.
- Assist in ensuring that client deliverables/ deadlines are met.
- Foster relationships with internal agency partners/stakeholders and external clients.
- Promote the “Simio brand’ to internal and external clients.
- Assist in the ‘reactivation’ of lapsed early adopters of Simio.
- Assist the Business Development team in acquisition of new members where appropriate.
- Maintain a general understanding of the products, solutions, and performance of SimioCloud’s competitors.
- Master all elementars of the processes for all Simio-related tasks (i.e.: attribution reporting, digital audience placement, accurate accounting, utilization of Salesforce, SimioApp, & other systems, etc.).
- Perform other duties as required, with the possible inclusion of audience fulfillment and/or training in audience fulfillment processes.
- Proficient in the use of SalesForce, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft office applications or related software.
