Pay: $29.54 - $44.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is based in Pueblo, Colorado. The successful candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Pueblo area.

Summary

Coordinates activities for recruiting and selection from internal and external sources.

Responsibilities

• Provides recruiting support to assigned service line(s) or recruiting programs, including: screening candidates to set criteria, assisting hiring team with selection process and assisting with the offer process for selected finalists.
• Screens potential candidates by conducting initial interviews, checking background/references, testing and other approved measures.
• Manages the overall candidate experience by providing timely and accurate communication to all candidates throughout the selection process.
• Demonstrates current knowledge of and compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and hiring activities.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED. Minimum Experience: 1 year of related experience.
