As part of the S2CO Strategic Transformation and Integration Group (STING) team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of space technology and driving innovation at Lockheed Martin Space. As a Project Engineer, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of space technology by providing data-driven insights to inform staffing, training, and financial decisions. As a key member of our team, you'll help us optimize our workforce, anticipate future needs, and drive business growth.

You'll focus on the training perspective of our team, working closely with stakeholders to analyze and understand our training needs, develop targeted training programs, and identify opportunities for improvement. Your expertise will enable us to make informed, data-driven decisions that align with our business objectives and support the achievement of our strategic initiatives.

  • Analyze and interpret data to understand current training gaps, including skills, experience, and demographics, and develop targeted training plans to address these gaps
  • Develop and maintain forecasts to anticipate future training needs, identifying potential gaps and opportunities for growth
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, informing decisions on training, resource allocation, and talent development
  • Develop and implement innovative training solutions to improve training efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress towards staffing goals
