Supervisory Responsibilities
- This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, performance management, benefits, training, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Conducts regular meetings with HR partners to obtain updates for business units.
- Conducts regular meetings with respective business units.
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Conducts exit and retention interviews for business units.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies for the business unit.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, terminations).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Develops offers for promotions and transfers.
- Works with business unit leaders on market adjustment recommendations and communicates internally regarding these changes.
- Assists with new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Assists international employees with HR matters.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual coaching needs.
- Develops and delivers leadership training as needed.
- Assist with provider relations, including provider recruitment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
