Position Summary
The Compliance Coordinator is integral to ensuring site-specific readiness for annual inspections and supporting the Compliance Manager. This role involves a blend of administrative, operational, and training duties to uphold compliance with various regulations.

Position Summary
The Compliance Coordinator is integral to ensuring site-specific readiness for annual inspections and supporting the Compliance Manager. This role involves a blend of administrative, operational, and training duties to uphold compliance with various regulations.
Administration
Primary Responsibilities and Requirements
- Conduct thorough reviews of site-level compliance binders.
- Manage the HMBP program, Hazardous Waste, UST programs in California Environmental Reporting System and SharePoint accounts.
- Inspect various locations to ensure compliance with operating permits.
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for performance testing beyond the Compliance Manager's scope.
- Report on Non-Compliance and Safety issues
- Provide specialized training for employees on Facility Employee protocols, Hazardous Materials Business Plan, and Spill Response procedures.
- This role involves approximately 60% in-office work and 40% travel to our sites throughout the Bay Area
- Additional travel may be assigned based on business need
Skills and Competencies
Technical Skills
- Onsite back-office computer systems.
- Ability to navigate web applications.
- Compliance Team and Sites - Microsoft Teams Profecient
- Government Regulators - Strong written and verbal communication skills capable of communicating with individuals with varying attitudes and priorities.
- Service Vendors - Strong written and verbal communication skills capable of communicating with individuals with varying attitudes and priorities
- Efficient in using electronic files (PDF, photographs, emails) and office machinery (document scanners, copiers).
