You’ll play a key role in shaping essential public and private infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and civil infrastructure, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You’ll play a key role in shaping essential public and private infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, bridges, drainage systems, utility networks, site development).
- Develop project plans, milestones, budgets, and risk registers.
- Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
- Manage on-site execution, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor and control project scope, time, cost, and quality.
- Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve issues and conflicts efficiently to avoid project delays.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in infrastructure or heavy civil construction.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety, local building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Experience in public infrastructure, utility coordination, or design-build projects.
- Familiarity with GIS or CAD software.
- Budget and financial management experience on multi-million-dollar projects.
