Job Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment and hiring strategy for [Company Name] to attract and secure top talent across all functions. This role will oversee a team of recruiters, partner with senior leadership, and drive initiatives that ensure our recruitment processes are efficient, inclusive, and aligned with the company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled at developing strong pipelines and fostering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies
    • Lead the development of scalable talent acquisition strategies to meet short-and long-term hiring goals.
    • Create sourcing plans, innovative campaigns, and initiatives to attract high-caliber candidates from diverse backgrounds.
    • Source for positions effectively, fastidiously, with an emphasis on the business | department needs
    • Maintain all databases related to recruiting, job boards, Handshake, and industry specific agencies with accuracy
  • Manage Talent Acquisition Team
    • Mentor, develop, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance on best practices, productivity goals, and talent pipeline development.
    • Foster a collaborative team environment that ensures high-quality service to internal stakeholders.
    • Support the evolution of the Talent Acquisition team towards a function that is viewed as a strategic, consultative, proactive business partner.
  • Drive Executive and Niche Talent Searches
    • Partner with hiring managers and executive leadership on key hires for critical roles, including executive and senior management positions.
    • Oversee recruiting efforts for niche, high-skill positions across the company.
  • Optimize Candidate Experience and Recruitment Operations
    • Lead initiatives to improve candidate experience and reduce hiring timelines.
    • Work with HR and hiring managers to create seamless and effective interview and onboarding processes.
  • Analyze Metrics and Report on Hiring Progress
    • Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, candidate satisfaction, and quality of hire.
    • Use data and analytics to make informed decisions, optimize processes, and address any challenges in the hiring funnel.
  • Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Hiring
    • Drive DEI initiatives to ensure a diverse talent pool and promote inclusive hiring practices.
    • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to remove potential biases and create fair evaluation criteria.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships
    • Establish strong partnerships with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
    • Build networks with external talent, industry leaders, and educational institutions to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Proven experience in creating recruitment strategies and managing full-cycle recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting in [specific industry, e.g., technology, finance, healthcare].
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, PHR, AIRS).
