The Learning Management Analyst works collaboratively to analyze business needs, manage learning projects, and evaluate learning impact on the organization. Leads the ADDIE learning process to promote data-driven decisions. Responsible for planning organizational development opportunities through coordination with internal and external learning providers, serving as the event project manager. Partners closely with learning business partners, leaders, and the D&A COE to collaboratively deliver meaningful insights and analysis on learning. Leads the L&D business management cycle, to include budget oversight, SCRUM sprint prioritization, agile processes and team meetings. Manages tax incentive programming for the organization.

Compensation
Starting pay range: $62,500 - $82,000. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Leads L&D through the ADDIE learning process to ensure learning is data driven. Collaborates with Community of Analysts, Learning Business Partners and Subject-Matter Experts to deliver analytics on learning solutions to ensure learning objectives achieve the desired business return on investment. Examples include presentations, visualizations, self-service BI, digital integration, et cetera.
- Leads planning for organizational development opportunities through coordination with internal and external learning providers, serving as the event project manager. Priorities include development and management of detailed project plan and timeline, regular updates to various stakeholders on progress and deadlines and effectively communicating emerging risks. Manages contracts with all learning vendors.
- Manage all Learning / Training tax incentive programs, includes developing and leading the collaborative group with oversite of all executed funds.
- Leads the budget management and execution process with fiscal oversite from the Director of Learning & Development Facilitate and manage learning sprints, business management cycle, and lead L&D on agile process to ensure maximum learning support to the organization. Facilitate sprint backlog refinement, project priority, sprint review and sprint retrospective while mentoring learning business partners, instructional designers, technical writers, and adjacent business partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience is required.
- Must have at least five years of experience in learning management, budget management, event planning and agile project management.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Knowledge of best practices to apply in the areas of training management, staff operations, and process management procedures.
- Ability to collaborate and build professional relationships based on transparency and mutual respect with internal staff and team members in other departments.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Database Management)
- Problem-solving, analytical, and statistical skills to tackle complex challenges around data analysis and business intelligence delivery.
- Familiar with Data Mining process, to include data wrangling platforms such as Power BI.
