Description

We are looking for an experience groundskeeper for our property located in Mount Prospect, IL. The ideal candidate would be someone who prides themselves on property cleanliness and overall appearance.

Rate of Pay: $20.00/ hr.

Qualifications

Position Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • Previous groundskeeper experience for a residential community is preferred;
  • Must be available to work Saturdays;
  • Must have great attention to detail;
  • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously;
  • Walk grounds daily with a keen eye to ensure cleanliness;
  • Remove trash and debris from all outdoor areas;
  • Report any hazardous conditions to service personnel or community manager;
  • Report issues with landscaping to service personnel;
  • Assist service personnel with light maintenance work as needed;
  • Assist with snow removal as needed;
  • Report any lights out to service personnel or community manager;
  • Provide our residents and guests with exemplary customer service;
