Position Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Growth Director to lead sales and marketing initiatives across our brewery locations. This role is responsible for driving revenue, deepening brand engagement, and unifying the customer experience — from digital interactions to in-person service. You’ll lead our internal sales team, manage key distributor relationships, and oversee the execution of marketing efforts, while working closely with front-of-house teams to enhance guest engagement and brand presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about craft beer, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings a balance of creative vision and operational focus.

You’ll lead our internal sales team, manage key distributor relationships, and oversee the execution of marketing efforts, while working closely with front-of-house teams to enhance guest engagement and brand presence. Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue across on-premise, off-premise, and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Lead, support, and mentor the internal sales team with clear goals and performance accountability.
- Manage the relationship with our distributor and collaborate with their sales reps to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- Analyze sales data to surface trends, optimize performance, and uncover new opportunities.
- Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and website content, ensuring consistent voice, cadence, and ROI.
- Collaborate with our in-house designer to develop engaging promotional materials and brand assets.
- Monitor key marketing KPIs and iterate on campaigns to improve reach and engagement.
- Ensure that messaging reflects brand values and supports both long-term positioning and near-term business goals.
- Partner with front-of-house teams to support elevated guest experiences and ensure alignment with brand messaging.
- Foster a culture of hospitality and brand ambassadorship that brings our values to life at every customer touchpoint.
- Align all public-facing experiences — in taprooms and online — to reflect a unified and memorable customer journey.
- Collaborate closely with the founder/CEO on high-impact partnerships; once secured, foster and manage those relationships to ensure mutual value and longevity.
- Activate partnership opportunities across channels, including events, co-branded campaigns, and distribution lift.
- Partner with the operations team to align growth initiatives with capacity and service capabilities.
- Collaborate with the product development team to bring market feedback into new beer releases and programming.
- Contribute to company-wide strategic planning as a key member of the leadership team
- 5+ years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, or brand growth, ideally in craft beer, hospitality, or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of revenue growth and brand development.
- Strong understanding of distributor relationships and multi-channel sales strategy.
- Digital marketing fluency across email, social media, and content strategy.
- Excellent people leadership and communication skills.
- Deep passion for craft beer and community-based brand building.
