CORE Construction is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to assist the Lead Superintendent with on-site coordination for all phases of construction on large scale commercial projects in Las Vegas. The candidate will be responsible for all onsite activities of a construction project ranging from start-up to punch-out, including:

Job Overview
CORE Construction is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to assist the Lead Superintendent with on-site coordination for all phases of construction on large scale commercial projects in Las Vegas. The candidate will be responsible for all onsite activities of a construction project ranging from start-up to punch-out, including:
- Coaching subcontractors on safe construction practices
- Evaluating quality control, ensuring all subcontractor deficiencies are corrected
- Maintaining the project schedule and establishing the critical path for subs and vendors
- Facilitating and encouraging subcontractor coordination
- Working with design team and owner to overcome challenges / unforeseen conditions
- Reviewing all drawings, specifications and submittals
- Assisting with daily progress reports and weekly schedule updates

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure schedules, quality standards, and safety practices are upheld.
- Interpret civil and architectural drawings to manage layout, grades, and elevations on-site.
- Monitor field productivity and material deliveries; address issues as they arise to maintain progress.
- Oversee site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Perform inspections and ensure that deficiencies are corrected promptly.
- Collaborate with Project Manager, engineers, and inspectors for efficient project flow and problem-solving.
- Provide daily reports, track crew and equipment performance, and maintain photo documentation.
- Use Procore and other technology tools for documentation, coordination, and updates.
- Assist in punch list completion and provide background support during the warranty phase.
- Previous experience in a similar construction role.
- Familiarity with construction documentation including RFIs, submit and redlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; able to guide crews and coordinate across teams.
- Prone or open to training in Procore, Microsoft Office, and construction software.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Willing to travel to project locations as needed.
- Compensation &Incentives:
- $100,000+ base salary
