## Essential Functions

• Under direction, serves as a Payroll Analyst -Team B for the
  
  

Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT).

• Initiates and prepares payroll vouchers for submission to the
  
  

Comptrollers Office for processing payroll warrants each pay period

for verifying adherence to all pertinent policies, rules, standards,

guidelines, and processing criteria.

• Organizes and assists with preparing supplemental payrolls.
• Prepares letters, memorandums, reports, graphs, etc., for
  
  

supervisors/managers, employees, attorneys, auditors, etc.

• Attends and/or participates in various internal/external meetings,
  
  

seminars, etc., concerning payroll administration, i.e., deferred

compensation, retirement, group insurance, vehicle income usage,

software training, etc.

• Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably
  
  

within the scope of duties enumerated above.\

## Minimum Qualifications

• Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to the
  
  

completion of four (4) years of college.

• Requires one (1) years of professional experience, preferably in
  
  

human resources

• **OR**
• Requires satisfactory completion of an approved training program.
