This role ensures exceptional customer service, efficient transaction processing, and compliance with banking regulations. The Assistant Branch Manager also plays a key role in staff supervision, business development, and achieving branch performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and support branch staff, including Financial Service Associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving complex inquiries and handling escalated issues.
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets and promoting bank products and services.
- Monitor cash flow, vault balances, and transaction accuracy to minimize risk and ensure security.
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of branch personnel.
- Maintain a strong understanding of bank products, services, and digital platforms to guide customers effectively.
- Ensure the branch is audit-ready and adheres to all safety and security protocols.
- Act as the Branch Manager in their absence.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in retail banking, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, operations, and financial products.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, as needed.
