Essential Functions

  • Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
  • Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensures resource availability and allocation
  • Develops a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Uses appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measures project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Reports and escalates to management as needed
  • Manages the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Performs risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
  • Responsible for overseeing the migration of various systems within the organization as they are updated or replaced
  • Coordinates and leads project meetings, ensuring alignment on objectives, progress, and action items

Education, Experience, and Licensure

  • BA/BS in business administration, data science, information technology or related field; understanding of social service field is preferred
  • Experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector preferred
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software implementation
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft

  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus

  • Must possess a valid state Driver's License, in force automobile liability insurance, and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization's insurability standard as defined by DCCCA policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position

  • Requires overall computer knowledge and proficiency with the following:
  • Computerized database programs
  • Spreadsheet programs
  • Word processing programs
  • Requires the ability to efficiently operate office equipment such as:
  • Computerized e-mail systems
  • Calculators, copiers, fax machines
  • Telephones and voicemail systems
  • Effective listening, oral, and written communication skills, including face-to-face, on-site, in person discussions. Exercises appropriate use of positive language
  • Regular and predictable on-site attendance
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft suite of products including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Travel

This position requires travel, which may include driving personal or company-owned vehicles. It may also include driving with other passengers in the vehicle, and/or driving as a passenger with other drivers. Note: Even with a valid driver's license, certain motor vehicle infractions may render individual's ineligible to drive company-owned or personal vehicles for company business. Such infractions may also disqualify employees from continued employment with DCCCA, Inc. This position is considered to be a safety-sensitive position.
