The Poker Floor Supervisor's role is to implement and ensure compliance with Washington State Gambling Commission regulations, company internal control policies and safety regulations. Train supervise and monitor performance of staff to ensure smooth and efficient gaming operations during shift.

Responsibilities And Duties
- Supervise the operation of up to seven gaming tables.
- Ensure fills/credits are handled in accordance with regulations and policies.
- Promote positive guest relations. Assist in answering questions or resolving disputes.
- In collaboration with shift manager, coordinate dealer work schedules and ensure that games are supplied with sufficient and proper equipment.
- Creates a positive, professional atmosphere for staff and guests.
- Instill an atmosphere that encourages staff to share ideas, discuss concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum six months dealing experience and appropriate licensure.
- Working knowledge of pull tab operations, knowledge of State of Washington Gambling regulations and rules. Must be able to review and comprehend all documents.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all times, with all levels of employees and guests.
- Ability to interface effectively with the public and co-workers.
- Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
- Ability to speak, read and write English.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Superior guest relation skills are necessary.
