Centralia Elementary School District (CESD), a leader in inclusive and equity-driven education, is seeking a visionary Coordinator of Student Support Services to lead and implement cutting-edge systems that support mental health, behavior, and special education initiatives across the district.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and expand a robust student support system including mental health programs, behavior response frameworks, and inclusive practices.
- Support MTSS, PBIS, and Restorative Practices through on-site coaching and training.
- Oversee the district’s reimbursement-based behavioral health model, including third-party providers like Paradigm.
- Partner with administrators, teachers, families, and agencies to foster equitable outcomes.
- Supervise specialized staff such as school psychologists, behaviorists, and mental health providers.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while building a culture of innovation and care.
What You Bring:
- A Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in student services, behavior intervention, or special education.
- California Administrative Services Credential (required).
- A passion for trauma-informed care, inclusive education, and data-driven decision-making.
- Preferred: BCBA, Pupil Personnel Services, or Special Ed credentials.
