Description

Hours: Week 1 - Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 5am-3pm

Week 2 – Wednesday, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun – 11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining inventory on all apartment accessories, kitchen utensils, cookware and linens in apartments and surplus stockroom
  • Ensures that all assigned areas meet standards of cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, cleaning ovens, stovetops, refrigerators, dusting, vacuuming, etc.
  • Executes work orders to perform required housekeeping and laundry services/
  • Reports all potential hazards, property damage or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Department to ensure a safe environment.
  • Reports all clinical concern in the residences to the Director of support Services and/or Clinical Team to ensure patient quality of care.

  • Must be able to stoop, bend, push and pull
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to climb stairs
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to use step and extension ladders not to exceed 5 feet
  • Must be able to do repetitive and strenuous work.

Experience / Education Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must produce and maintain a valid driver’s license in accordance with Driving Standards Policy
  • Must meet minimum requirements on Motor Vehicle Reports in accordance with Driving Standards Policy
  • High school diploma or the equivalent preferred
  • If in recovery, 2 years’ continuous sobriety is preferred

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Must be able to demonstrate professional communication skills to include the ability to interact and work together with co-workers, patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Ability to follow written or verbal directions
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment required.

Competencies / Measurements

  • Must be able to complete daily tasks on a timely basis. Measured by observation and completion of assigned tasks.
  • Ability to meet standards set by CR leadership as it pertains to patient satisfaction. This will be measured patient satisfaction surveys.
  • Ability to follow through with requests as directed by the Supervisor. This will be measured by work orders and observation.
  • Ability to interact with coworkers, patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. This will be measured by observation.
