What You Will Be Doing
- Fostering academic dedication by establishing productive habits, encouraging students to achieve daily targets, and nurturing a disciplined atmosphere during their 2-hour study periods.
- Leading structured eSports sessions each afternoon, enhancing students' skills in communication, teamwork, and strategic thinking.
- Exemplifying high performance — from punctuality and resilience to effort, focus, and emotional regulation.
- Creating a competitive environment where learning and gaming are seen as elite training, not mere entertainment.
- Providing 1:1 mentorship — identifying obstacles, recognizing achievements, and supporting students in maintaining their progress.
- Crafting lesson plans or grading assignments — no need to develop instruction or teach from textbooks.
- Managing a classroom traditionally — no lectures or group instruction required.
- Allowing students to coast — this isn’t a gaming free-for-all or a laid-back summer camp. You'll challenge them.
- Maintaining a quiet, compliant setting — your role is to channel energy, not suppress it.
