Our student-athletes master academics in two hours with AI-driven tools, allowing them four hours daily for top-tier sports training and skill development. Step into the role of Campus Coordinator, where you’ll be the backbone of our Austin campus operations. From managing tech systems and safety measures to overseeing vendors and facilities, you’ll enable our students to transition effortlessly between academics and athletics. Your role ensures that coaches and families can focus on what truly matters, without logistical concerns. This isn’t just support—your decisions and actions are pivotal to our mission and directly influence student success.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily campus operations, including transportation logistics, equipment, and facilities management
  • Handling student devices and accounts, resolving technical issues, and serving as the on-site Google Admin
  • Implementing and maintaining campus safety protocols, from drills to incident management
  • Serving as the primary liaison for parents, coaches, vendors, and staff, ensuring exceptional service and trust
  • Assisting with internal events, onboarding new staff, and enhancing the student-athlete experience

Operations Manager Key Responsibilities

Ensure the Texas Sports Academy Austin campus runs with peak efficiency, fostering a seamless, secure, and high-performance environment where student-athletes excel and families feel assured.

Basic Requirements

  • Proven track record in managing complex operations in settings such as education, sports, or event management
  • Knowledge of IT systems and tools, with experience in device management and user account administration
  • Excellent communication skills to build trust with competitive families, staff, and coaches
  • Strong sense of personal ownership, effective time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship; full-time on-site availability in Austin, TX

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in operational or logistics leadership roles
  • Experience as a Google Admin
  • Background in educational or athletic settings
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance customer or community satisfaction through operational excellence

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
