From managing tech systems and safety measures to overseeing vendors and facilities, you’ll enable our students to transition effortlessly between academics and athletics. Your role ensures that coaches and families can focus on what truly matters, without logistical concerns. This isn’t just support—your decisions and actions are pivotal to our mission and directly influence student success.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. What You Will Be Doing
- Overseeing daily campus operations, including transportation logistics, equipment, and facilities management
- Handling student devices and accounts, resolving technical issues, and serving as the on-site Google Admin
- Implementing and maintaining campus safety protocols, from drills to incident management
- Serving as the primary liaison for parents, coaches, vendors, and staff, ensuring exceptional service and trust
- Assisting with internal events, onboarding new staff, and enhancing the student-athlete experience
- Being confined to a desk—this is a dynamic, high-energy role with responsibilities across the campus
- Deciding on academic or curriculum matters—those are led by our coaches and Guides
- Working in isolation—your success relies on active collaboration with staff and families
- Waiting for directions—you’ll be empowered to take charge and make quick, informed decisions
- Dealing with red tape—this role is designed for action, independence, and making a tangible impact

Basic Requirements
- Proven track record in managing complex operations in settings such as education, sports, or event management
- Knowledge of IT systems and tools, with experience in device management and user account administration
- Excellent communication skills to build trust with competitive families, staff, and coaches
- Strong sense of personal ownership, effective time management, and problem-solving skills
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship; full-time on-site availability in Austin, TX
- Over 3 years of experience in operational or logistics leadership roles
- Experience as a Google Admin
- Background in educational or athletic settings
- Demonstrated ability to enhance customer or community satisfaction through operational excellence
