Description

Day Shift: 6:45am - 7:00pm

Our team follows a rotating 2-week schedule, giving you built-in days off while maintaining full-time hours.

  • Week 1: Work Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday (35.25 hours)
  • Week 2: Work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday (47 hours)

This means you’ll work only 7 days every 2 weeks, with every other weekend off, while still receiving a full paycheck.

  • Move raw materials, parts, and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
  • Make sure everything is stored properly and labeled to avoid damage and keep inventory accurate.
  • Load and unload deliveries and track material movement in and out of storage.
  • Watch inventory levels and let the supply team know about any shortages or issues.
  • Keep records of what’s used, moved, or stocked, and help with regular inventory counts.
  • Bring materials to production lines based on schedule to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Help set up and break down production lines, including organizing tools and supplies.
  • Clear out waste and packaging from the work area and check materials for any damage.
  • Report damaged or poor-quality materials to quality control or supervisors.
  • Follow all safety procedures when moving materials or using equipment.
  • Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized.
  • Let maintenance know if equipment needs repairs.
  • Be dependable—come to work on time and as scheduled.
  • This outlines the key responsibilities but may change based on production needs.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years forklift experience.
  • Able to stay organized and manage time well
  • Can work independently and with a team
  • Communicates clearly with coworkers and supervisors
  • Pays close attention to detail when handling and tracking materials
  • High school diploma preferred
