Position Overview

We are a 13-year-old business seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse and Inventory Manager to assist with the opening (and management) of a new (approximately 30,000sf) facility and to oversee all warehouse activities to ensure overall inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, delivery staging and storage.
• Developing and implementing efficient warehouse processes.
• Ensuring accuracy in inventory management.
• Collaborating with other departments to coordinate inventory movement.
• Assistance with implementing safety and security procedures.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience as a warehouse manager, inventory manager, or similar role preferred.
• General knowledge of inventory software and warehouse management systems.
• Self-motivated with leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (as needed).
• Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• State driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

Compensation: $21.00 per hour
