Position Overview
We are a 13-year-old business seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse and Inventory Manager to assist with the opening (and management) of a new (approximately 30,000sf) facility and to oversee all warehouse activities to ensure overall inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation: $21.00 per hour

Our teams specialize in recovery solutions for major disasters related to fire, water, lightening and vandalism. We provide high quality and cost-effective “hands-on” restoration services with appropriate turnaround times that contractors, claims professionals, and homeowners require.

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, delivery staging and storage.
- Developing and implementing efficient warehouse processes.
- Ensuring accuracy in inventory management.
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate inventory movement.
- Assistance with implementing safety and security procedures.
- Experience as a warehouse manager, inventory manager, or similar role preferred.
- General knowledge of inventory software and warehouse management systems.
- Self-motivated with leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (as needed).
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- State driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
