Position Summary

Primary responsibilities include project management and working with the Marketing Department and cross

functional teams to lead campaigns and identify trends and opportunities. This position allows for contribution

to a variety of marketing and operational initiatives. Qualified candidates should be self-starters, able to work

both independently and in teams and willing to take on new projects. They must possess excellent

organizational skills, creative problem-solving skills, and be an excellent time-manager. This individual should

be flexible and willing to adapt to an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Primary liaison to VP Brand Marketing to ensure timely execution of marketing

initiatives, strategy, and programs.

  • Develops campaigns to increase traffic, sales and profits for multiple brands.
  • Supports marketing efforts with the goal of understanding segment influencers

including customer demographics, competitive analysis, and market data.

  • Influences creative direction for various materials.
  • Responsible for in store materials.
  • Partners with external vendors and agencies as needed.
  • Manage various projects that support marketing efforts for corporate and franchise

brands.

  • Partners with menu team on menu development and evolution.
  • All duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience working on cross-functional teams
  • Skills/Competencies:
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical aptitude for reporting and program analysis
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn & high attention to detail
