This role combines market research, customer discovery, and cross-functional leadership to deliver products that drive both business growth and environmental impact.
This role is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, and reports to the Director, Product Management. Team members are expected to work in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with optional remote work on Wednesday and Friday.

This role is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, and reports to the Director, Product Management. Team members are expected to work in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with optional remote work on Wednesday and Friday.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Product Strategy. Define the vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies for new and improved technology and non-technology products.
- Own the Product Lifecycle. Lead the end-to-end development process, from ideation to launch, for a diverse range of B2B products.
- Champion Customer Needs. Gather and translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements for both new and existing offerings.
- Build Strong Partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive product success.
- Prioritize and Execute. Manage product backlogs, prioritize development efforts, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Measure and Communicate Impact. Track product performance, analyze key metrics, and communicate successes to stakeholders.
- Champion Continuous Discovery and Improvement. Continuously seek opportunities to learn and improve, conduct ongoing discovery to validate assumptions and identify new opportunities, and foster a culture of experimentation and iteration within the team.
- Travel is occasional—about 10–15%—and primarily domestic. Some international travel may arise through partnerships that support global environmental impact.

- B2B Product Experience. Proven success in building and delivering solutions that address business customers' challenges and opportunities.
- Strategic Thinking. You can analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop product strategies that align with business objectives.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit. You possess a proactive and innovative mindset, eager to develop new products and enhance existing offerings to drive positive change.

- Proven Ability to Execute. You have a track record of successfully bringing products to market, from concept to launch, on time and within budget. You're skilled at managing timelines, resources, and risks to achieve desired outcomes.
