- Two (2) or more years of experience with facilities maintenance
- Senior Living experience, preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and carry an active auto insurance policy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including an on-call rotation
- Strong customer service orientation
