You will be a Team Lead, responsible for supervising a team of trainers and a maintenance team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs and vehicle modifications that meet customer specifications. Our team is responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, and we're looking for a skilled and experienced leader to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating training activities, including the development of training programs, content, and materials, to meet the needs of the organization
  • Overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, and that vehicle modifications meet customer specifications
  • Conducting technical analysis and oversight of product implementations, modifications, enhancements, maintenance, and repair, to ensure alignment with customer specifications
  • Troubleshooting problems and issues, determining solutions, and recommending actions to company or customer representatives
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality training sessions, providing effective knowledge transfer to personnel
  • Assessing product needs, managing subordinate training requirements, and conducting product briefings with customers, vendors, and company representatives
