What You Will Be Doing
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating training activities, including the development of training programs, content, and materials, to meet the needs of the organization
- Overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, and that vehicle modifications meet customer specifications
- Conducting technical analysis and oversight of product implementations, modifications, enhancements, maintenance, and repair, to ensure alignment with customer specifications
- Troubleshooting problems and issues, determining solutions, and recommending actions to company or customer representatives
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality training sessions, providing effective knowledge transfer to personnel
- Assessing product needs, managing subordinate training requirements, and conducting product briefings with customers, vendors, and company representatives
