Position: Director – NPI and Process Development, Americas, Sonova USA, Inc. Aurora, IL.

Duties: Responsible for all end-to-end functional leadership as it relates to new product introduction and process development for both new products (custom and stock) and service. Direct the continuous improvement of the after-sales service model. Hold responsibility for building the process development capability, building to having processes that are smart, scalable and efficient. Develop robust process development capability for operations in the Americas region that result in efficient and cost-effective processes and operations. Hold responsibility for successful execution of new product introduction – ensuring all are delivered on time, validated and ready for robust handover to the manufacturing location. 40% national and international travel.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related; 8 years of experience driving continuous improvement initiatives cross functionally with responsibility for profit and loss improvement; 5 years of Operations and Engineering experience working with all parts of the organization including Marketing and R&D; 5 years of experience in a continuous improvement role; 7 years of experience in driving initiatives between operations and commercial (sales and marketing function).

Salary: $149,843 to $223,200 per year. Eligible for 20% annual bonus and standard employment benefits.
