This position coordinates activities and completes tasks within the Human Resources Department while ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards to promote the effective utilization of hospital personnel. Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- High School Graduate or Equivalent required.
- College Degree preferred.
- Computer skills include but not limited to data entry, word processing, power point, and spreadsheet programs required; internet and website applications, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) preferred.
- A minimum of two (2) years Human Resources experience preferred.
- Possession of HR certification is recommended. aPHR certification is strongly preferred.
- General knowledge and understanding of the human resources and functions.
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively utilize computer, computer programs, internet, websites, social media, etc.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate with people at all levels; maintains strong working relationships with hospital staff and Leadership Team. Collaborates with other multidisciplinary team members in an appropriate fashion
- Must be a self-starter and work independently
- Must be able to demonstrate organizational skills and efficiently prioritize; completes assignments to meet necessary deadlines.
- Must be capable of adapting to varying workloads and work assignments on a constant basis;
