Crossover Drivers

DATTCO is accepting applications for Crossover Activity Transport Drivers from current School Bus Division drivers. Two training sessions will be conducted in New Britain and Bridgeport, CT and there is a maximum of 6 drivers in each session.

• Submit a letter of recommendation from your supervisor that reflects quality performance and good work habits.
• Pass a lift assessment (50lbs).
• Must be in good standing in current position.
• Good driving record.
• Interview with and be accepted by the Director of Operations.
• Commit to the times required for the class. Attendance is required every scheduled day.
  
  

Criteria Used For Selection And The Order Followed

• Positive letter of recommendation from your supervisor.
• Accident/incident record.
• Years/months of service with DATTCO.
  
  

We are accepting up to 6 candidates for each class. Other qualified candidates will become alternates and, if needed, called in order of application date.
