Responsibilities
- Supporting the Legal Department by creating schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Organizing documents, leases, mail, and procedures.
- Maintaining relationships with outside counsel, vendors, and opposing counsel.
- Assisting lawyers in preparing for transactional closings, trials, and conferences.
- Collaborating with other departments for value-added initiatives and promotions.
- High school diploma or general education degree required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, interest in the legal field also preferred.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to work independently, organize multiple projects, and keep deadlines.
